All products in the Fittings Metal Collection are handcrafted to order. Please see our Policies page for current lead time. Shipping is only available in the United States.

FedEx is our primary shipping carrier.

Freight is estimated based on delivery to a commercial location with a forklift. Residential deliveries, liftgate deliveries and requests to notify will incur additional charges. This excludes small items that can be shipped ground. Failure on the customer's part to accept delivery could result in storage and/or reshipping charges. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Yes. Please indicate customer pick up on your order. Once your order is fabricated and complete, we will notify you and your order will need to be picked up within five days. Due to our limited space, we are unable to hold orders beyond five days. Charges may apply if the order is not picked up in a timely manner.

Our collection is made to order and we do not offer returns. Please make sure your order is correct when placed to avoid issues.

The material used to create Fittings Collection is steel. Our architectural powder coating has a matte finish unless otherwise noted.

Shelves have been tested at 100lbs. Weight limitations should be considered prior to purchase by the final user and professional installer. In certain installations, anti-tip mechanisms should be considered and provided by the final user and/or professional installer.

Yes. Hardware for installation is included.  We recommend professional installation with all of our products to ensure that all the attachments and blocking considerations are met. Weight limitations should be considered by the final user and professional installer.
