Ordering Process
Upon order completion, you’ll receive a detailed shop print within five business days. Please review and approve the specifications or request any necessary changes. If approval is not received within 48 hours, production will be paused and will not be rescheduled until approval is obtained. Once approved, production will begin based on the current lead time: 8–10 weeks for most products, and 5–7 weeks for bistro shelving.
Shipping
Estimated shipping is 8-10 weeks (5-7 weeks for Bistro) after order placement. Our collection is made to order and we do not offer returns. Please make sure your order is correct to avoid issues. Shipping Available Only Within the United States. Freight is estimated based on delivery to a commercial location with a forklift. Residential deliveries, liftgate deliveries and requests to notify will incur additional charges. This excludes small items that can be shipped ground. Failure on the customer's part to accept delivery could result in storage and/or reshipping charges. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Please inspect all products ordered upon delivery for any shipping damage. Carriers require all claims to be filed immediately, or they will be denied.

Custom Quotes
All quotes for custom pieces are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote. After 30 days items must be re-quoted. To request a custom quote please email sales@fittingscollection.com

Finish
The material used to create our Fittings Metal Collection is steel. Our architectural powder coating has a matte finish, unless otherwise noted. Finish images shown may not reflect the actual finishes. Samples can be purchased here: Finish Samples
Imagery
Due to size variations, renderings may not depict the actual proportions of your piece. To request a proportional drawing of your piece, please email sales@fittingscollection.com. Cabinetry depicted in images are not included. Legs and brackets are sold individually.
Product Installation
Hardware for installation is included with each piece as well as installation instructions unless otherwise noted. We recommend professional installation with all of our products to ensure that all the attachments and blocking considerations are met. Weight limitations should be considered prior to purchase by the final user and professional installer. In certain installations, anti- tip mechanisms should be considered and provided by the final user and/or professional installer. Architectural Justice and Fittings Metal Collection will not be responsible for improper or faulty installations, attachments, anti-tip mechanisms or blocking considerations.
